SO I was going to put this on the "Purdy Good Cookin' 2" blog, but I'm not a contributor yet (*ahem* Savannah)so I'm putting it here for my wonderful sister-in-law.
Great American Potato Salad
1 cup Miracle Whip (or Mayo if you prefer...sometimes I go 1/2 and 1/2)
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 tsp Celery Seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups Potatoes, peeled, cooked, and cubed
3 boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
Combine salad dressing, mustard, celery seed, salt, and pepper; mix well.
Add potatoes, eggs, onion, celery, and relish; mix lightly. Chill. Serves 6.
